Shahrizal has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with Celcom Axiata Berhad, where roles include Head of Department overseeing network operations, RF optimization, data operations, and customer experience management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and foundational studies at Sekolah Alam Shah.
