Brent Eilefson

Brent Eilefson currently serves as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Assistant Secretary at Celcuity since August 2024. Prior to this role, Brent held various positions at Upsher-Smith from October 2004 to August 2024, including Vice President of Legal Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer, where responsibilities encompassed supporting pre- and post-commercial operations, managing investigations, and ensuring corporate compliance. Brent's legal career also includes experience as Of Counsel at Leonard, Street and Deinard, focusing on regulatory practice, and as Counsel at Nextel Partners, specializing in telecommunications law and commercial law. Brent began the legal career as Attorney-Compliance at US Bank. Educational qualifications include a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a BA in History and Philosophy from St. Olaf College.
