Puja Rana

Puja Rana is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various managerial roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as General Manager at Celebal Technologies since July 2024, Puja previously held the position of Group Manager - Post Merger Integration at Tech Mahindra. Experience also includes acting as Global HR Team Lead at TRT and HR Director APMEA at MSX International, where Puja collaborated with leadership to enhance people operations across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. Prior roles encompass General Manager HR at Tech Mahindra, Senior Manager at HCL Technologies, and multiple positions focused on HR management and strategy. Puja holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis and advanced degrees in science from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University and Sophia Girls College.
