Laura Mones

Laura Mones is an experienced educator with a comprehensive background in special education and early childhood development. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Celebrate the Children since August 2019, Laura previously held roles as a Teacher's Assistant and Paraprofessional within the same organization, providing vital support to students and mentoring new staff. Prior experience includes positions as a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and Preschool Teacher at KinderCare, where Laura demonstrated strong classroom management, developed engaging curricula, and fostered positive relationships with parents. Laura's career began with ten years at Hayeks Market Inc, where skills in customer service and team collaboration were honed. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Education from Centenary University, obtained in 2012.
