Trevor Olesiak

Trevor Olesiak currently serves as the Senior Director of People and Culture at Celebration Church, a role held since November 2010. In addition, Trevor is the Founder of Tack and Jibe Coaching, LLC, established in March 2017, which focuses on executive coaching and personal development for organizations, individuals, and churches. Trevor also holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at Southeastern University since August 2021 and previously worked as an Executive Coach at Novus Global from November 2022 to April 2024. Earlier career experiences include roles as an Accounting Clerk at Ray Ware Hardware Inc. and Assistant Project Manager at Velocitech, LLC. Trevor earned an MBA in Missional Leadership from Southeastern University between 2017 and 2019 and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of North Florida from 2005 to 2009.
