Tracy Minnoch-Nuku is an accomplished fitness and wellness professional, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Sexy Ageing, a community dedicated to supporting women navigating menopause. Motivated by personal experiences with perimenopause, Tracy strives to provide resources and education for women's health. With a diverse background, Tracy has held significant roles including Global Ambassador for The Women in Fitness Association and has been involved in various fitness initiatives such as FIO Fitness App and Fire Fitness. Tracy's expertise is complemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration from Victoria University and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from the University of Otago, alongside specialized training as a Menopause Fitness Specialist. Tracy is also an author and podcast host, further influencing the discourse around women's aging and health.
