Vitale Lafaele

Vitale (VJ) Lafaele is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Principal Advisor Leadership and Senior Advisor Emergency Management and Business Continuity at the Ministry of Social Development since August 2022, Vitale also directs Impactful Conversations as Business Director, specializing in leadership, diversity, and motivation. As a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and NZ Business Mentor at the Auckland Business Chamber, contributions to leadership development continue. Notable speaking engagements include recognition as a featured member of the NZ Speakers Bureau for value-based leadership.
