Tony Molyneux has a strong background in sales and business development. Tony started their career at Rank Xerox and xerox as an account manager in 1990. Tony then joined Thomson NETg as the Sales Director for the UK & Ireland and stayed with the company until 2005. Following that, they worked as the Regional Sales Manager for the Public Sector North at Xerox UK Ltd from 2005 to 2007. Tony then worked as the Sales Director at HCML, leading the company's sales operations and implementing new sales and support structures. After HCML, Tony joined Capita as the Sales Manager for Capita Software Services, where they successfully acquired IBS Open Systems in 2009. Lastly, they are currently working at D4t4 Solutions Plc as a Business Development professional, responsible for developing relationships with key customers and partners in order to promote the company's portfolio of products and services.

Tony Molyneux obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies from North Staffordshire Polytechnic, where they studied from 1984 to 1988.
