Ned Parks

Ned Parks is the founder of Aegis 360 Consulting, Inc. since January 2000, providing business consulting and coaching for CEOs, business owners, and organizations, with expertise in team building, conflict resolution, and leadership development. As a Celemi Solution Provider and Accreditation Partner since December 2014, Ned offers business simulations to enhance business acumen in a realistic environment. Prior roles include EMS Helicopter Pilot/Manager at Keystone Helicopter from 1997 to 1999 and Division Manager at Mid-Ohio Aviation from 1995 to 1998, as well as President of Parks Aviation from 1990 to 1995. Ned also served in the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer 3 from April 1983 to January 1993. Educational background includes attendance at The University of Akron and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, complemented by a high school diploma from Revere High School.
