Analia Calmell del Solar

Analia Calmell del Solar currently holds the position of Gerente de Asuntos Institucionales y Sostenibilidad at Celepsa since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Anglo American, where responsibilities spanned from Social Impact Principal to Planning and Innovation Manager, as well as a corporate sustainability role at MINSUR. Analia began the career as a lawyer and gained expertise in CSR while working for various organizations, including Fenix Power Peru and NEPTUNIA. Analia holds a Master’s degree in Developmental Studies from the Institute of Social Studies and a Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
