Steven Castillo Guillen

Steven Castillo Guillen is currently serving as a Junior Automation, Protection, and Telecommunications Engineer at Celepsa since May 2022, focusing on monitoring industrial network equipment and performing maintenance on control and instrumentation systems. Previously, Steven held a position as a SCADA Professional Intern, ensuring system performance and supporting control center operations, as well as assisting with maintenance at hydroelectric plants. Before joining Celepsa, Steven worked at NOVATRONIC as a Software Engineer I and completed an internship as a C/C++ Programmer, where responsibilities included modifying project manuals and creating reports. Steven holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the National University of Engineering and has pursued additional training in Lean Maintenance and networking through various educational institutions.
