Terry Liu is a seasoned layout engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Senior Layout Engineer at Celera Incorporated since October 2021, Terry has a robust background that includes a position as Layout Specialist at Maxim Integrated from August 2004 to December 2021.
