Thomas McCreadie is a seasoned project manager and engineer with extensive experience in the development and qualification of inductive encoders, particularly within aerospace applications. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Celera Motion, A Novanta Company since May 2018, Thomas oversees new product developments and custom solutions across various business units in the UK and Europe. Prior roles include Project Engineer at Zettlex UK Ltd and Principal Engineer at MBDA, where Thomas played a key role in the development of MEMS IMU systems and the introduction of various projects. Thomas began a career in engineering with a graduate program at MBDA and has previous experience at Airbus in specifying data concentrators for the A350-XWB. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Surrey.
