Allan S. Martin

Mr. Martin is chairman of Atlantic Merchant Capital Investors, a merchant bank in Tampa, Florida founded in 2009. He is also the managing partner of Fleur De Lis Partners. Mr. Martin's other director positions include: Oxbridge RE Holdings, a publicly traded, Grand Cayman-based reinsurance company; Florida Capital Group, parent of Florida Capital Bank, for which he is also audit chair; Vice Chairman of the Moffitt Medical Group; Chairman of the Martin Family Foundation and Trustee of Jesuit High School in Tampa. Mr. Martin is also a director of several companies in which Atlantic or its principals hold equity interests. Prior to Atlantic, Mr. Martin was CEO of MCS Holdings, the second largest mortgage field services firm in the United States from 2003 to 2009. He is a founder and principal shareholder of US Ameribank. He started his career as a tax associate with Deloitte and Touche.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Maine.
