Joy Mitchell is a seasoned business architect and strategic leader with extensive experience in consulting and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Business Architect at Celerity Consulting Group since April 2024, Joy collaborates with utility clients to develop strategic business solutions. Prior roles include Chief Strategy and Operations Officer at BLAQMOJI, where Joy achieved significant cost reductions and operational improvements, and as a Freelance Consultant with JV Mitchell Consulting, facilitating growth and strategic planning for diverse organizations. Joy has also held project management positions at G2 Integrated Solutions and HBK Engineering, and served in managerial roles at North Shore Gas and Peoples Gas, demonstrating a strong track record in project execution, resource management, and stakeholder engagement. Joy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
