David Smith

David Smith is a seasoned Senior Enterprise Architect at SAP, with extensive experience in advising strategic customers on ERP transformations and digital economy solutions. Since joining SAP in February 2006, David has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Cloud Architecture for RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, where the focus is on facilitating customers' digital transformations leveraging SAP HANA and cloud technologies. Previous positions include Technical Quality Manager in SAP Support and Senior Director of Engineering at SAP Labs, with a robust foundation in Business Intelligence architecture for prominent organizations such as Delta Dental Plan of NJ, Pharmacia, Kraft Foods, and Merck & Company. David holds a BA in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Stockton University.
