Katherine McKanna

Katherine McKanna is an experienced professional currently serving as the Activations and New Accounts Manager at Celero Commerce since January 2024, where Katherine has been recognized as the 2024 Q3 Winner of the Michael P. Duffy Leadership Award: Rising Stars and serves as a Celero Cares Brand Ambassador in Dallas. Previously, Katherine held the position of Non-Cash Giving Administrator at iDonate from March 2021 to January 2024, managing donations for nonprofit organizations and ensuring strong client relationships. Additional experience includes roles at Agilant Solutions, Inc. as a Customer Service Coordinator, as Vice-Director of Volunteers at the Missionaries Of The Sacred Heart, and as a Customer Experience Specialist at ComPsych, among others. Katherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University, complemented by an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Waubonsee Community College and a GED from Rosary High School.
