Adam Brainard

Adam Brainard has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in leadership roles. Adam currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at Celeros Flow Technology since March 2020. Prior to that, they spent nearly a decade at SPX FLOW, Inc., where they held various positions, including HR Director, HR Strategic Program Manager, and HR Business Partner. During their time at SPX FLOW, they were actively involved in driving innovation, implementing rewards and recognition programs, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Adam also played a key role in creating Value Stream Teams, promoting accountability, and establishing partnerships for talent development. Adam began their career at SPX Corporation as an HR Rotational Analyst.

Adam Brainard attended the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Management Consulting with a focus on Business.
