Neil MacKmin

Neil Mackmin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service operations and management across the EMEA and APAC regions. Currently serving as the Regional Service Operations Director at Celeros Flow Technology since May 2019, Mackmin has held various key positions including Operational Lead for the Middle East and Service Center Manager for the UAE and Iraq. Prior to this, Mackmin was with Weir Oil and Gas from January 2015 to August 2020, where roles included Head of Rotating Equipment for the MENA region and General Manager for the UAE, Oman, and Iran. Mackmin's career began at Rolls-Royce, serving as Aftermarket Manager, and further developed through a significant tenure as Operations Director at Weir Power & Industrial, showcasing strong expertise in spares, service, installation, and technical support within the engineering sector.
