Philip Winterbottom

Philip Winterbottom is the CTO of Celestial AI. Philip has also served as an advisor for the Samsung Strategy and Innovation Center and as a member of the board of directors for Skorpios Technologies, Inc. For one year and four months, they were the VP of engineering for Fathom Computing. Philip then spent two years and seven months as the head of cable R&D for Nokia. Prior to their work at Nokia, Winterbottom spent four years and five months at Gainspeed, Inc., where they held positions such as chief operating officer and VP of engineering. Before Gainspeed, they spent five years at Ericsson, where they served as head of product line optical & metro and head of product line broadband access, among other positions. Winterbottom is also a CTO and co-founder of Entrisphere, a venture-backed access start-up that was acquired by Ericsson in 2007. Philip spent ten years and nine months at Bell Labs 1127 Computer Science Research Center for Lucent.

Philip Winterbottom has a computer science degree from City University (GB) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering from King's College London.
