Marek Lorenc

Marek Lorenc is a Partner and Chair of the Space Tech Group at Aird & Berlis LLP, where they currently advise on corporate and finance transactions, governance, strategy, and risk management. Their previous experience includes roles as a Senior Associate at Gowling WLG Canada from 2016 to 2021, an Associate at DLA Piper (Canada) LLP from 2012 to 2016, and an Articling Student at McCarthy Tetrault in 2011 to 2012. Marek also serves as a Principal at Celestial Growth Corp. since 2022. They hold an LL.B. in Law from the University of Southampton and a B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from the University of Manitoba.
