Balasubramanian Kanakaraj has over 10 years of work experience in the IT industry. Balasubramanian is currently working as a Senior Lead Engineer at Celestica since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at FIS as a Senior Lead Engineer from August 2021 to April 2022. Before joining FIS, they served as an Assistant Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services from December 2020 to July 2021. Balasubramanian also worked as a DevOps Engineer at Dell EMC from August 2015 to December 2020. Balasubramanian started their career as a Unix Engineer at Mindtree in January 2015 and later worked as a Senior Unix Engineer at HCL Technologies from October 2012 to December 2014.

Balasubramanian Kanakaraj completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jerusalem College of Engineering - India in the years 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a 12th-grade degree in Computer Science from Zion in the years 2006 to 2008. In 2005 to 2006, they completed their 10th-grade degree with a focus on Maths/Science from K.V.No.1.
