Chris Richards

Chris Richards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll operations and client services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Payroll Operations for the Americas at Celestica since July 2025, Chris previously held notable positions at ADP, including Director of Client Services and Senior Manager roles in the Employee Service Center and Canadian Payroll, where expertise in data analysis and business leadership was demonstrated. Additional experience includes a managerial position in service delivery at EastLink, guest services management at Delta Hotels, and volunteering for the 2011 Halifax Canada Games. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce and Sociology from Dalhousie University and a BHRM in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
