Melissa Wiste

Melissa Wiste is a seasoned professional in program and operations management with a diverse range of experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Program Management at Celestica since June 2025, Melissa previously held the position of Operations Manager at Canard Aerospace Corporation for a brief period in 2024. Prior to that, Melissa worked as a Manufacturing Manager at Benchmark and as an Engineering Product Manager at Career Technologies. An extensive career at All Flex Flexible Circuits & Heaters included roles such as Bloomington Plant Manager, Northfield Plant Manager, New Product Introduction Manager, CAD/Set-up Engineering Manager, and Sales and Application Engineer. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Rasmussen University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Inver Hills Community College.
