Sarochai Silrattranachote is an experienced professional in operational excellence and engineering with a proven track record in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Celestica since June 2022, Sarochai leads initiatives in operational excellence and automation, focusing on productivity enhancements and innovation. Previously, at Lear Corporation, Sarochai held multiple senior management positions, including Regional Head of ASEAN Operational Excellence, where strategic deployment of global initiatives resulted in significant cost improvements. Within a career spanning over 17 years, Sarochai has also contributed to major companies such as Caterpillar Inc., American Axle & Manufacturing, and Hitachi Chemical Automotive Products, demonstrating expertise in lean manufacturing, project management, and engineering. Sarochai holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, complemented by a strong educational foundation in mathematics.
