Tracy Smiley

Tracy Smiley, P.Eng, has over two decades of experience in supply chain applications, currently serving as Director of SCM Applications at Celestica since September 1997. In this role, Tracy manages strategic application roadmaps, leads a team of business analysts for extensive user support, and designs requirements for organizational effectiveness. Previous positions at Celestica include Senior Manager and Manager of PDM Operations, where Tracy focused on corporate SCM applications and improvements in tools and processes. Additionally, Tracy was the President of Giving Arcade from 2012 to 2014, creating an iOS application that merged casual gaming with charitable initiatives. Early career experience includes the role of Product Engineer at Heron Cable/Easy Heat, specializing in product design and compliance. Tracy holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
