Jo Reid

Jo Reid is an experienced professional in the cruise industry, currently serving as Country Manager for the UK, Ireland, and Germany at Celestyal Cruises since February 2018. Previous roles include Country Manager for the UK and Ireland at Iglu.com from January 2013 to February 2018 and Business Development Manager for National Accounts at Carnival Corporation from January 2012 to November 2012, where Jo managed top agents and their marketing budgets following the merger of Holland America Line and Seabourn. As Sales Support Manager for Seabourn Cruise Line from December 2009 to January 2012, Jo oversaw National accounts in the UK and developed revenue streams for significant EMEA accounts. Jo's career began at Carnival UK, where responsibilities included managing a substantial budget and key agent relationships from March 2001 to December 2009. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Higher Education in Sociology and English from the University of Southampton and A levels in Sociology, English Literature, and Language from Totton College.
