Jay Kroll

Jay Kroll has extensive experience in product education, sales, and account management within the adhesive and specialty coatings industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product Education at General Formulations since December 2017, Kroll leads installer certification programs and technical content development that connects product, marketing, and sales. Previously held roles include Product Manager overseeing various product lines and Southeast Region Sales Manager, providing technical support and driving sales efforts. Prior to General Formulations, Kroll was a Senior Account Manager for Expera Specialty Solutions, focusing on technical solutions for specialized coated products. Additional experience includes managing sales at Laminin Medical Products, directing education and growth initiatives at TheCommon.org, and supporting sales and engineering at Performance Systematix, Inc. Kroll holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Youth Ministry from Cornerstone University.
