Kristin Yarema

Kristin Yarema, Ph.D., serves as President and Chief Executive Officer at Poseida Therapeutics, Inc., since April 2023, and also holds the title of President, Cell Therapy. In addition, Kristin Yarema is an Officer and Board Member at the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine from January 2021 onward and a Board Member for the Celiac Disease Foundation since May 2017. Kristin Yarema previously held the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Atara Biotherapeutics from February 2020 to November 2022, and prior to that, held multiple senior positions at Amgen between February 2013 and February 2020, including Vice President of Global Marketing in various therapeutic areas. Kristin Yarema's earlier professional experience includes significant roles at Novartis and McKinsey & Company. Kristin Yarema completed a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree at Stanford University and earned a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, alongside a fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry.
