Divyam Kapoor has a diverse work experience, starting as an intern at Tata Teleservices Ltd in 2016. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a System Engineer at Prime Focus Technologies, where they successfully reduced the deployment downtime window. In 2020, they joined Automation Anywhere as a Solutions Engineer, where they improved support services and reduced Mean Time To Resolution. In 2022, Divyam Kapoor became a Technical Lead at Moveworks, where they boosted customer satisfaction and increased Net Promoter Score. Currently, they are serving as a Lead Engineer - Development at Celigo since 2023.
