Moktar Belgacem

Moktar Belgacem has extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Moktar most recently served as the Global Men Merchandising Director at CELINE, starting in September 2021. Before that, they worked as the Global Men Senior Merchandising Manager at the same company from August 2018 to September 2021. Prior to CELINE, Moktar was the Retail Buying/ Merchandising Manager for Men RTW & Shoes at Prada from May 2016 to July 2018, and the Acheteur Homme Europe for all categories at Saint Laurent from November 2013 to April 2016. Moktar also held the position of Senior Merchandising Manager for Men South of Europe at Levi Strauss & Co. from March 2010 to November 2013. Moktar's earlier professional experience includes roles such as Senior Buyer for Menswear/Womenswear/Accessories at Printemps from September 2005 to April 2010, and Quality Controller at Givenchy Couture from November 2003 to July 2004.

Moktar Belgacem obtained an MBA in Marketing applied to luxury brands from the Masters of the "Sup de Luxe" School, ISML, Paris, France in 2003-2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Marketing, Finance, Accountancy, and Management from SKEMA Business School from 1997 to 2000.
