Ahmad "AL" Fares has been working in the tech industry since 2004. Ahmad “AL” started their career at Petrofac as an Engineering & BD Manager in 2004. In 2008, they joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as a Senior Consultant (Associate). In 2010, they co-founded Keystone Group & Acsys Technologies, where they served as CFO & GM. During their tenure there, they were part of the R&D team that developed all of Acsys IP & patents covering all its products. Ahmad “AL” also co-founded and grew FAN Projects to profitability, an engineering service provider. In 2018, they became an Official Member of Forbes Technology Council. Currently, they are the Founder & CEO of CELITECH.

Ahmad "AL" Fares has an impressive education history, beginning with a Baccalaureate (Distinction) in Mathematics from National Protestant College. Ahmad “AL” then obtained a BE (Distinction) in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the American University of Beirut. In 2013, they completed an Executive Education program in Strategic Financial Analysis for Business Evaluation from Harvard Business School. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (ranked the world's #1 MBA by the Financial Times for 2016 & 2017) in General Management from INSEAD.
