Arvin Somar

Arvin Somar is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Executive: Services and Security Operations Centre at Cell C since February 2022. With a long tenure at Cell C beginning in July 2012 as the Senior Manager: Network Quality Assurance, Arvin has held several leadership roles, including Senior Regional Network Manager and Manager: Access Network Technical Support. Arvin's expertise includes technical assistance to RAN teams, vendor and SLA management, database and configuration management, as well as software patch management and hardware integrations. Arvin holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, completed between 1999 and 2001.
