Jennifer Hernandez

Jennifer Hernandez currently serves as Chief Growth and Strategic Partnerships at Cell-Ed since September 2023. Prior to this, Jennifer held the position of Executive Director at the Sacramento Employment and Training Agency (SETA) from November 2022 to September 2023. Jennifer's extensive experience includes roles such as Deputy Director at the California Department of Social Services (October 2019 - November 2022), Associate Secretary at the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency (December 2015 - October 2019), and Western Region Director at AFL CIO (July 2010 - December 2015). Earlier in Jennifer's career, Jennifer was a Partner at Cultivo Consulting (March 2007 - July 2010) and served as Director at the California Rural Legal Assistance Foundation (January 2006 - March 2007). Jennifer holds a Masters of Public Policy from George Mason University's Schar School of Policy and Government (2004 - 2006) and a BSFS in International Politics & Law from Georgetown University (1998 - 2002).
