Aaron Levine is a seasoned academic and bioethics expert with extensive experience in public policy and research leadership. Serving at the Georgia Institute of Technology since August 2007, Levine holds multiple titles, including Professor and Associate Dean for Research and Outreach, and has contributed to graduate education as Director of Graduate Studies. In addition to academic roles, Levine is involved with the International Society for Cell & Gene Therapy, acting as Vice Chair for Bioethics, and leads ethics and policy research at Cell Manufacturing Technologies. Levine's past affiliations include board membership with the American Society for Bioethics and Humanities and participation as a Christine Mirzayan Science & Technology Policy Fellow at the National Academy of Sciences. Educational credentials include a PhD in Public Affairs from Princeton University, an M Phil in Biological Sciences from the University of Cambridge, and a BS in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
