Andreas Bauer

Andreas Bauer is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in digital innovation, software engineering, and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Innovation at Cell Signaling Technology since September 2017, Andreas oversees the development and operation of web and eCommerce platforms, CRM, and data science initiatives for a global life sciences company. Additionally, as Cofounder and CTO of a startup since April 2017, Andreas leads the research and development of Blockchain SaaS and PaaS solutions. Previous roles include Senior Director of Software Engineering at Dell EMC, where Andreas managed a 60+ person team delivering enterprise solutions, as well as various leadership positions at EMC, including Director of Software Engineering and Senior Development Manager, contributing to significant innovations in storage management and cloud applications. Educational credentials include a blended professional certificate in digital innovation from MIT, an MBA from D'Amore-McKim School of Business, and multiple degrees in computer science and engineering from the University of Connecticut and Ulm University.
