Senior Director, Global Marketing Communications at Cell Signaling Technology

Rebecca Reppucci has held various marketing and communications positions throughout their career. Rebecca started as a Marketing Projects Manager at DESIGNS, INC. in 1995, where they managed a marketing budget and implemented advertising and promotions for multiple retail formats. Rebecca then worked as a Visual Marketing Project Manager at LIDS Corporation, overseeing the creative direction and production of promotional campaigns for retail stores and an eCommerce site.

In 2001, Rebecca became a Marketing Communications Specialist at BOC Edwards, where they developed the brand guidelines and managed national tradeshows. Rebecca later joined The BOC/Linde Group as a Nanotechnology Business Development Associate, assisting in implementing market-led strategies and monitoring global nanotechnology programs and government funding.

Rebecca's career then led their to PerkinElmer, where they held various roles from 2007 to 2013. As a Marketing Communications Manager, they developed marketing tools, promotional materials, and web content. Rebecca then became a Senior Marketing Communications Manager, focusing on digital capabilities and managing search, email, web content, and analytics. Finally, they served as a Senior Marketing Manager, overseeing comprehensive marketing plans, field marketing, and tradeshow responsibilities for the Life Sciences & Technology division.

Since 2013, Rebecca has been with Cell Signaling Technology (CST). Rebecca initially worked as the Director of Marketing Communications, driving integrated marketing campaigns and managing CST's inbound/outbound communications. Rebecca then became the Global Director of Marketing Communications & Technology, and currently serves as the Sr Director, Global MarCom, MarTech & Mktg Ops. In this role, they are responsible for leveraging strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to drive MarTech investment and adoption and maximize the impact of CST's products and services.

Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated expertise in marketing and communications, brand management, integrated marketing campaigns, digital strategy, and team management.

Rebecca Reppucci holds an MBA in Marketing from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, which they completed in 2004. Rebecca also has a BA in Communications, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they obtained between 1990 and 1994. Additionally, Rebecca has obtained various certifications, including a certificate in Executive Education: Digital Marketing Strategy I & II from Columbia University in 2017, as well as several certifications from LinkedIn and other institutions related to leadership, communication, crisis management, and marketing.
