Lou Palumbo is a Regulatory & Product Development Specialist at Cellap Laboratoire S.A. since August 2020, focusing on packaging development, product and raw material validation, and regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes roles as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist and an intern in Regulatory Affairs and Quality at NATURALPS, where Lou engaged in product analysis and development of preservative systems. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Formulation & Cosmetology from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Mulhouse, where Lou also undertook various internships in R&D and regulatory affairs in the cosmetics and cleaning product sectors.
