Samantha Hoopes

Samantha Hoopes, PhD, RAC US, serves as Vice President and Head of Regulatory Affairs at Cellarity since June 2024, bringing extensive experience in regulatory strategy and project management from previous roles at Polaris Pharmaceuticals, Istari Oncology, and MMS. With a strong background in overseeing regulatory submissions, developing SOPs, and providing training to cross-functional teams, Samantha has effectively guided regulatory affairs for both early and late-stage development programs across various companies. Educationally, Samantha holds a PhD in Cell and Molecular Physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Biochemistry from Roanoke College, further complemented by research experience at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences and various academic institutions.
