Sreenath Srikrishnan

Sreenath Srikrishnan currently serves as Senior Scientist, Platform ML (Foundation Model Lead) at Cellarity, where responsibilities include strategic planning for the ML drug-discovery platform and leading cross-functional teams to develop cell foundation models. Sreenath has built foundational models in Immunology and Hematology, developed scalable MLOps pipelines, and established robust benchmarking methods for ML applications in drug discovery. Sreenath co-founded the India Biotech Leaders of Tomorrow, focusing on community building and operations within the Indian biotech ecosystem. Previous experience includes roles at institutions such as Georgia Institute of Technology and Illumina, with a strong foundation in machine learning, bioinformatics, and computational biology. Sreenath holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Georgia Institute of Technology and a dual degree in Biological Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
