Xu Han

Xu Han, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Cellarity, where responsibilities include leading pipeline and portfolio strategy, forming new research alliances, and collaborating on corporate strategy topics. Prior to this role, Xu was Associate Director of Strategy at Cellarity, focusing on innovative medicine development through cell behavior analysis. Experience also includes a position as a life sciences strategy consultant at ClearView Healthcare Partners, managing gene therapy initiatives at the Milken Institute, and conducting research on specialty polymers at Covestro. Xu earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Chemistry from Fudan University.
