Daniella Torres

Daniella Torres currently serves as the VP of International Carrier Relations at Cellcom, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles at TOMIA as Director of Marketing and Director of Product Management from January 2017 to July 2023, and a prior tenure at Cellcom as Head of International Roaming from February 2012 to October 2016. Daniella's career began at Netvision 013 Barak as International Business Development Manager (December 2007 - January 2012) and involved project management roles at Partner Communications (Orange Israel) from 2006 to 2007, as well as previous project management positions at Partner Communications Ltd from 2001 to 2007. Daniella holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from Tel Aviv University (2004 - 2006) and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1998 - 2001), with additional studies at Bar-Ilan University in 2002-2003.
