Craig Leonhard

Craig Leonhard is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and event operations. Currently serving as a Resolution Specialist at Cellcom since January 2020, Craig has previously held roles such as Senior Agent at Alorica and various positions at Elkhart Lake's Road America, Inc., including Chief of Timing & Scoring for the Road America Karting Club. In this capacity, Craig manages timing and scoring systems and oversees official championship points. Additional experience includes roles in gate operations and cashier services. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theatre from UW-Green Bay and has prior experience as a stagehand with IATSE Local 470.
