Santhosh P R has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Santhosh started their career as an Engineer Trainee at Keltron in 1997. Santhosh then worked as a Computer Hardware Engineer at IT&T from 1998 to 1999. In 2000, they joined Multimedia Frontiers Limited and served in various roles, including Regional Assistant, Region in Charge, and Region Head (North). In 2008, Santhosh P R joined Cellcomm Solutions Ltd, where they held positions such as Assistant Manager, Manager (South), Regional Head (South, East, Bangladesh), Associate Vice President, and Vice President. Santhosh has been with Cellcomm Solutions Ltd since then.

Santhosh P R completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2005-2008. Before that, they pursued a Post diploma in Computer Engineering at Region Engineering College (REC-NIT) in 1998.
