Colleen Patterson has extensive work experience in the field of scientific research and laboratory operations. Colleen began their career at Virtua Health as a Unit Courier in 1989 and later transitioned to a Laboratory Assistant role, where they performed clerical duties and managed referral testing. In 2000, they joined Molecular Discoveries, LLC as a Research Associate, focusing on monoclonal antibody development. Patterson then moved to Medarex in 2001 as an Associate Scientist III, where they specialized in mammalian cell transfections and training new personnel. In 2009, they joined Avax-Technologies as a QC Manager, responsible for coordinating and managing the Quality Control group. Colleen'srole involved performing release testing of Autologous Vaccine products, designing stability studies, and supporting manufacturing processes. In 2014, Patterson joined Tandem Labs as a Research Scientist, before transitioning to Celldex Therapeutics in 2015 as a Scientist II. Overall, Patterson's work experience demonstrates their expertise in scientific research, laboratory operations, and quality control management.

Colleen Patterson attended Rutgers University from 1991 to 1995, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
