Ashley Hernandez has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Ashley currently holds the position of Vice President, Product - Enterprise Solutions at Cellebrite since December 2020. In this role, Ashley is responsible for managing the global product portfolio sold into the private sector. Ashley has successfully launched an innovative enterprise cloud-based remote collection solution to address corporate risk and reduce costs associated with eDiscovery Collection.

Prior to their current role, Ashley worked at BlackBag Technologies, Inc. from October 2017 to December 2020, where they served as the Director of Product Development. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in growing the product portfolio revenue by 150% until the company's acquisition by Cellebrite. Ashley also transformed the product development process, resulting in a 3x increase in release frequency and more impactful customer-driven releases. Ashley was also instrumental in leading the marketing transformation, including the launch of new branding and website, implementation of marketing and sales automation, and the development of an international reseller program and event management.

Before joining BlackBag Technologies, Ashley held various roles at Guidance Software from 2003 to 2017. At the beginning of their career, Ashley worked as a Test Engineer Intern at Autodesk, Inc. from 1999 to 2003.
