Shipra Das

Shipra Das is an Associate Director leading the Immune Oncology discovery research group at Cellectis in New York since August 2019, managing strategic initiatives and overseeing asset development from conception through to pipeline incorporation. Prior to this role, Shipra served as a Project Leader in the Immune-oncology division at Cellectis, focusing on novel CAR-T cell therapy strategies. Shipra also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at NYU Langone Medical Center, where research centered on immunomodulators in pancreatic cancer, and held a Graduate Student Post at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, investigating the role of splicing factors in breast cancer. Shipra holds a PhD in Genetics from Stony Brook University and a Master's in Life Sciences from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, along with a Bachelor's in Biochemistry from Delhi University.
