Monica Avila

Monica Avila has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Monica is currently serving as the Senior Director-CMC Alliance and Project Management at Cellenkos, Inc. since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Cellenkos Inc. as the Director of Manufacturing from January 2018 to September 2021. Before joining Cellenkos, Monica worked at Conroe Regional Medical Center as the Laboratory Manager from January 2014 to January 2018, and as the LIS/QA Supervisor from November 2012 to January 2014. Monica also worked at MD Anderson Cancer Center as the Cord Blood Bank Supervisor from May 2011 to November 2012.

Monica Avila completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Medical Technology from The University of Texas Medical Branch. Monica attended this institution from 1999 to 2001. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin between 1992 and 1997.
