Jesse Kelly has over 19 years of work experience in various roles. Jesse began their career as an Installation Technician at Wireless One Cable in 2000. Jesse then worked as an Installation Team Leader at Air2Lan, an Alarm Technician at an ADT Authorized Dealer, a Lead Technician at Security Assistant, a Technical Support Agent and Supervisor - Dealer Technical Support at MONI Smart Security, a Security Alarm Help Desk Specialist at Interface Security Systems, and a Technical Support Specialist, Customer Support Manager, and Technical Support Manager at CellGate Access Control Systems. In these roles, they have provided technical assistance to dealers, conducted trouble shooting steps, resolved issues for clients, recommended hardware and software improvements, documented and reported valuable feedback, supervised a group of technical advisors, evaluated and motivated employees, maintained productivity and quality standards, handled escalations, and set up monitoring accounts.
