Joseph Collie has worked in a variety of roles since 1992. Joseph began their career as a Computer/Data Systems Engineer at Analex Space Systems, Inc. in 1992. Joseph then worked as a Customer Support Specialist at CDI Corporation in 1994, followed by a Senior Customer Service Representative role at IBM in 1995. In 2004, they held two roles simultaneously: GSA Technical Associate at CSC and Technical Support at Triad Personnel. Joseph then worked as an Outage Coordinator at Catapult Technology in 2008. In 2013, they took on a Callcenter Technician role at iQor. From 2014 to 2020, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at HCL Technologies, where they provided telephone technical support for all Fedex Ground Personnel of FedEx Corporation. Joseph is currently employed as a Technical Support Specialist at CellGate Access Control Systems.
Joseph Collie attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 1991 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems, General. Prior to that, they attended Northern Virginia Community College from 1988 to 1990, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) in Computer and Information Sciences, General. Joseph also attended Northern Virginia Community College from 1987 to 1989, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) in Business Administration and Management, General.
